HOW DO I REGISTER FOR AN ACCOUNT?

Registration for an account is required in order to make a purchase at www.proactivelook.com. Click ‘Sign up/Login’ and fill in your email address and preferred password. You will also have an option to sign up for our mailing list. With our newsletter emails, you will be updated with sale notifications, new arrival updates and special discount coupons!

 

WHAT IF I FORGOT MY PASSWORD?

You can just click on ‘Forgot your Password’ under My Account found at the top of this page and key in the email address you used to register your account. A new password will be sent to your email address.

 

WHAT IS THE COST FOR SHIPPING WITHIN MALAYSIA?

We provide Poslaju shipping on all orders within ;

1. Malaysia, RM8/kg

2. Sabah & Sarawak, RM16/kg

Tracking numbers are emailed once posted.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKES FOR MY PARCEL TO REACH ME?

Proactivelook  will only be sending out parcels on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday. We post all orders made before 5pm, on same day. Pos Laju is a next day delivery service and makes deliveries Monday - Saturday, excluding the first Saturday of every month and local public holidays (Malaysia). If customers do not receive their order within 3 working days, please contact our customer service department to track your order at proactivelook@gmail.com / +6018-9696906

 

WHAT ARE THE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING METHODS?

For all other international orders, customers can have their items shipped using either Malaysian Registered Mail or PosLaju Express Mail Service (EMS). Malaysian Registered Mail is Malaysia’s postal service that takes 14 - 30 working days for transit time between airports and will require signature upon delivery. Poslaju is Malaysia's Express Mail Service (EMS) and requires within 3 - 5 working days for transit time between airports. Tracking numbers will be provided for both services by email once order has been processed.

All international orders must be made via our email – (email)  only. Please provide us your FULLNAME, ADDRESS, ITEM(s), HANDPHONE NUMBER and SHIPPING METHOD.

Once we have received your order, we will confirm your shipping charges. A tracking number will be given to you once the parcel has been sent.

DO YOU HAVE A SIZE GUIDE?

We currently provide all size guide under the description of particular items.

 

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK

When that happens, an "Out of Stock" status will be shown on the product page, which means you are unable to purchase an item when the stock is unavailable.  However, please come back time-to-time to check as sometimes additional pieces are made available again due to back-out-orders. Therefore, a "Stock Available" or "Back in Stock" status will be shown if any items are available again.

 

WHAT IS A BACKORDER ITEM?

A "Backorder" is when an item is temporarily unavailable but will be re-stocked in a few days/weeks/months.

 

CAN I RESERVE AN ITEM IN MY SHOPPING CART?

Unfortunately, placing an item in your shopping cart does not ensure that you will be able to purchase it at a later time. If your item is out of stock at time of check out, you will be notified and the item will be removed from your shopping bag.

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

As for now, payment can only be made into Maybank & Cimb account by using online or offline method.
